This morning, as the last lyrics of ‘Hark the Herald, Angels Sing’ faded away on my car radio, I was briefly transported back to 1998. I could hear my Reiki teacher recommending that I call in the Parking Angel should I need to a manifest a space in an overflowing car park. Frankly, at the time, I thought she‘d lost the plot; as surely angels were ‘just something for Christmas’.
The easing of restrictions has been a long awaited and the temptation to indulge is sometimes difficult to avoid. With the freedom to see friends and family, indoor hospitality open and the return of larger outdoor gatherings, how do we stay healthy as socialising opens up?
Essentially, ‘Ghosts’ are nothing but an imprint of electromagnetic energy, a recording of emotions or events held within a particular area. Ghosts cannot interact with us on a day to day level, and they are certainly nothing to be afraid of. Spirits are a different matter… Spirit is conscious, sentient beings; their personality remains the same as we remember them in life – when they communicate, they often share heightened knowledge and understanding – but the Spirit person’s humour and other traits remain very recognisable.
It’s a serious question, and one that I feel needs to be addressed.
